S.M.A.R.T. - Are You?

If you remember, and feel free to read my last post, I started talking about goals, and one way to create and write them down.

We touched on the S letter of the acronym. Today it's M

M is for Measurable. Now, we kind of brought it up last time as it goes hand in hand with Specific.

Measurable mean, you'll know when you've reached that goal. Stating something vague like, 'I want to lose weight', isn't a measurable goal.

Saying,  "I am weighing 140", when you currently weigh differently, is a measurable goal.

Saying, "I want to be rich" is not measurable. Stating, "I am making $50K monthly" is measurable.

You'll definately know when you hit that goal. :)

Next time A - Achievable!

Namaste'
